Cut our designs on your own machine. Files come as SVG, with cut and engrave work on separate layers. See the design catalogue for what’s available.

Stock file

One design as drawn, for $5. The joints are not tuned to your material, so cut the test piece first and expect to adjust.

Custom layout

For $20 we set a file up for your machine and your material:

• Joints sized to your measured stock thickness, with clearance and kerf for your cutter.
• The designs you pick, laid out to fill your sheet.
• Your text engraved on the parts.
• Your logo placed on the parts, if you send it as clean vector artwork. Tracing a logo from an image is quoted separately.

Tell us:

• The measured thickness of your stock. Nominal 1/4" plywood is often closer to 6.2 mm.
• Laser or CNC router, and the bit diameter if it’s a router.
• Your sheet size.
• The software you cut from, so the layers come through in a form it reads.

The files work in any CAM software that reads SVG. If you don’t have one, MapleCAM is free to download and reads them directly.

Test piece

Every file includes a small joint test piece. Cut it first: if it fits, the rest will.

Licence

Personal use only. Cut as many as you like for yourself and as gifts. Selling what you make from the files, or sharing the files, needs our permission.
