Every design here can be cut in our shop or bought as a file for your own machine. Renders and part layouts show each design at its default size; most can be resized and have options.
- Cut by us: $50 for a 2’ × 4’ sheet of 1/4" birch plywood, $35 for 2’ × 2’, filled with as many parts as fit.
- SVG files: $5 for a stock file, or $20 for a layout sized to your material with your text and logo.
- Design it yourself: every design here is a Tenon product. Tenon sizes them, nests them on your stock and sends the job straight to MapleCAM to cut. Both are free to download.
Boxes
Produce Box
A vented crate for produce and market goods. Its sides and bottom are cut with a strong lattice of vent holes, and its corners are finger-jointed.
Project Box
A glued storage box with finger-jointed corners and a captured bottom. It can take a drop-in lid, a stacking crown and end handles.
Stackable Bin
An open-front parts bin with a low sloped front that keeps small parts in. Bins stack: the walls' bottom edges fit over the top edges of the bin below, which holds the bin on it in place. Small H-shaped clips, cut with it, sit in notches along the tops and link bins side by side.
Box Inserts
Divider
An egg-crate divider insert that splits a box into a grid of compartments. Its boards cross in half-lap notches and hold by friction.
Divider Tray
A finger-jointed tray whose long walls are lined with notched combs, so its loose dividers drop in anywhere along it and move at will.
Tray
A glued organiser tray with a slotted floor. Cross dividers split it into bays, and each bay splits into its own rows.
Games & Toys
Dice Tower
A dice tower: dice tumble down alternating baffles, roll off a ramp and out under the front wall into a tray. Every board tabs into the two sides.
Royal Game of Ur
The Royal Game of Ur in a box: the board of twenty cells and five rosettes engraved on a sliding lid, seen through a window in the top, and seven pieces a side stored inside with room for a pair of dice.
Gifts & Small Goods
Bookmark
A slim wooden bookmark engraved all over with a pattern, a logo set into it, an optional line of your own text, and an optional tassel hole.
Keychain
An upright keychain fob with a logo over a QR code, an optional line of text, and a hole at the top for a split ring.
Zipper pull
A tiny upright fob for a zipper or cord, carrying a logo. It fills the smallest leftover pockets.
Skadis
Skadis Panel
A pegboard panel cut with the IKEA Skadis slot pattern. Standard Skadis hooks and accessories clip straight in. Mounting blocks are available to stand it off the wall.
Misc
Cutting board
A flat cutting mat engraved with rulers along two edges and a 10 mm alignment grid. It turns leftover sheet into a useful shop aid.
Desk Sign
A name plate for a desk: a triangular prism with a line or two of engraved text on both sloping faces, so it reads from either side.
Lantern
An open-topped tealight lantern that goes together without glue. Its panels finger together and twist-lock into the base, a skeleton deck holds the candle, and a captive bail carries it.
Leaflet Display
A counter-top stand that holds a stack of flyers or leaflets leaning back: a pocket of back, front and floor boards tabbed between two cheeks.
Protractor
A semicircular protractor engraved with degree ticks around its arc and a millimetre scale along its base.
QR plate
A rectangular or round plate engraved with a QR code for any link or text, with a line of text above the code and one below.
Ruler
A thin ruler engraved with a centimetre scale, an inch scale, or both. It uses up long narrow offcuts.
Set square
A drafting set square in 45-45-90 or 30-60-90 form, engraved with millimetre ticks along both legs.
Tag
A tag for a product or a bag: the shop's logo, ruled lines to write on, labelled or plain, and a hole for string or a strap.
Server Rack
10" Mini Rack
A small 10" rack: a finger-jointed box open front and back, with two rails drilled at every rack hole for 10" gear to bolt to.
Cantilever Rack Shelf
A 19" or 10" rack shelf hung from the front rails: a deck between two sides that hook onto the face, with an optional back, openings and vents. For light gear such as a modem, a Pi or a small switch.
Full-Depth Rack Shelf
A shelf bolted to all four rails of a 19" or 10" rack: a top on side rails, centre supports and bottom straps, all tabbed into both faces, with optional vents; the top may overhang either side, as a desk off the rack's open side.
Keystone Patch Panel
A 19" or 10" keystone patch panel, each group of jack openings sunk in a pocket so the jacks latch on a thin web. Cut on a router.
Rack Blanking Panel
A 19" or 10" rack blanking panel, solid, vented, or cut for standard case fans. It screws to the rails with M6 cage nuts, one screw per unit each side.
Rack Cable Manager
A 19" or 10" rack panel with a row of rounded fingers hooked on in front, so patch cords drop between them and run sideways.
Rack Cable Pass-Through
A 19" or 10" rack panel with one plain opening across it for running cables front to back.
Rack Drawer
A 19" or 10" rack drawer: a drawer box sitting in a cantilever rack shelf hung on the front posts, the shelf's face open at the top so the box shows its full height, and a back that catches it.
Rack Rail
A shelf rail for a four-post rack: a finger-jointed web and ledge with an ear at each end that screws to the posts through three M6 or 10-32 slots a unit. Cut two for a set.
