Pick from the designs we already have, and we fill a sheet of 1/4" birch plywood with as many as fit. We lay out the sheet, set up the job and do the cutting. The price is per sheet, not per part.

The quarter sheet is better value. Setup takes the same time whatever the sheet size, so the 2’ × 4’ sheet gives you twice the material for $15 more.
What the price covers
- One sheet of 1/4" birch plywood.
- Your choice of our existing designs, laid out to fill the sheet.
- Laser engraving on one side, all at the same laser setting.
- Parts routed fully free of the sheet with a single bit.
- Parts come unfinished. No sanding, oil or sealing.
Shipping is extra. Your own designs are quoted separately.
