How It Works
1. Get in Touch — Use the form above or email us at contact@whatsit.ca with a description, photos/sketches, timeline, and how you’ll use the item. Ideas don’t need to be fully formed—we’re happy to develop concepts together.
2. Consultation — We’ll discuss your needs, design possibilities, material options, and provide estimated timeline and pricing.
3. Design & Approval — For complex projects: sketches or CAD drawings, material samples, and revised estimates. You’ll review and refine before we begin.
4. Creation — We build it, keep you updated, and do final finishing and quality checks.
5. Delivery — Local pickup or shipping (costs by size/weight), with special handling for delicate items.

- No Minimum Orders — Single pieces welcome
- Unusual Requests Welcome — The more unique, the better

- Custom work requires deposits — Typically 50% upfront
- Lead times vary — Complexity determines timeline; estimates provided upfront
